Founded around 1831 in Echizen Takefu, this historic soy sauce brewery continues to make soy sauce and miso with the utmost care.
The soy sauce and miso produced here have been free of any preservatives ever since its establishment. The aroma and beautiful color of the soybeans are the hallmarks of their products, which continue to be loved by people from near and far. It takes about 20 minutes on foot from Tabiki, so we recommend visiting the store on your way to explore Echizen and Takefu.
